Is the price really per site, not per trailer?
Yes. You're billed per site (branch), and your tier is based on the trailer count at that site. Add or remove trailers any time without changing your bill mid-tier.
We run more than one location. How does billing work?
Each location is billed separately at the tier matching its own trailer count. There's no single blended rate across your company, which keeps pricing fair as you add locations and keeps your invoice itemised.
Is VAT included in the price shown?
For ZAR pricing, yes: what you see is what you're billed. USD pricing excludes VAT and local sales taxes, which vary by region.
What happens if my fleet grows into the next tier?
We'll flag it and move you up at your next billing cycle. No back-billing, and no penalty for growing.
Is there a setup fee or minimum contract?
No setup fee, and billing is month to month. Cancel any time, and your data stays exportable.
Can I bring in my existing client and fleet data?
Yes. Bulk import is included from Growth upward, with a template for your existing spreadsheet.
