Vehicles Sit Idle. Nobody Knows Why.

When a vehicle returns to a depot, it needs to go through fuelling, inspection, cleaning, and maintenance before it can go back out. Without a system, nobody knows where any vehicle is in that process, how long it's been sitting, or whether it's actually ready to dispatch. Managers make phone calls, check whiteboards — or simply don't know. Vehicles sit idle longer than they should, and nothing is recorded.

Every vehicle gets a QR code. As it moves through the depot, a staff member scans it at each checkpoint using a phone or tablet. The system records the vehicle location, who scanned it, what time, and the odometer reading.

Subscription Terms Summary
  • A once-off setup & onboarding fee of R25,000 is payable prior to commencement.
  • The monthly subscription of R10,500/month is billed from the go-live date.
  • A minimum agreement period of 12 months applies from the date of go-live.
  • After the 12-month minimum term, 30 days written notice is required to cancel. No penalties apply.
  • Additional charges for custom integrations and bespoke development are outlined in a separate schedule, available on request.
